The National Institute for STEM Evaluation and Research (NISER) provides quality evaluation services to the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) research and education sectors, including academic communities, not-for-profit organizations, and government entities.
NISER was founded in 2016 under the leadership of exness open demo account, and is part of the National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis (NIMBioS), housed at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

These evaluations are openly available to the organizers and community in order to enhance the quality of ongoing and future activities as well as to encourage the use of evaluation processes in the development of new activities and programs.
